- What is trial period and when do I need to pay?
- Trial-period is a possibility to use the Contactix.net service absolutely free for 14 days. You can pay for service during or right after trial period. Funds will be transferred only after the end of trial-period, so you will always have 14 free days of usage.
- Can I change the package or cancel my subscription later?
- Yes, you can. You can easily change your package to new one or cancel your subscription through subscription management section. Package change is absolutely free, but keep in mind that your account expiration date will be recalculated due to new package price. Also, if you will cancel your account, you will not be able to restore it.
- I haven't received any confirmation e-mails after registration, what should I do?
- For starters, you can check your mail marked as "spam" - there is a probability that your anti-spam filter (if any) marked our registration e-mail as spam and therefore you were not able to read it. If you were unsuccessful in finding it in spam, then try to register one more time from different e-mail address. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@jerasoft.net.
- When I sign in, everything is dyed grey and nothing works. What happened?
- Your account is temporarily suspended because it expired. To activate your account you need to refill your balance with sum not less than your current package price. Your account will be activated within 1 hour after successful payment.
- What will happen if I forgot to pay for service and my account expires?
- System temporarily suspend your account and lock all contact management operations. You still will be able to login to check your account status, refill balance, change package or cancel your subscription.
