What roles are there in the system?

Owner, administrator, user. Write here their permissions.

What happens to contacts of the user if I delete him?

If user has contacts and you delete him, system will ask you what to do - delete all his contacts or reassign to somebody else? If you set to reown - all private contacts will be removed first, and other contacts will be reassigned.
